1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and mpocash (hereinafter referred to as "mpocash", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the website located at https://mpocash.lat (the "Platform" or "Site").

2 Definitions

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on mpocash, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity acting in a commercial capacity).

• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme (whether administered by mpocash or any recognised responsible gambling body) at the time of registration or subsequent use.

• You must not be an employee, director, consultant, or immediate family member of any such person associated with mpocash or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or business partners.

4 Account Registration & Verification

Each User is permitted to hold only one active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

4.1 Registration Requirements

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

mpocash may request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: MyKad, passport, utility bills, or bank statements. First withdrawal requests will be subject to mandatory KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawals suspended pending successful verification.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. mpocash will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login information.

5 Deposits & Payments

mpocash accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) via the following payment channels:

• E-Wallets: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX
• Online Banking: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (where available)

5.1 Minimum & Maximum Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified on the cashier page for a particular payment method. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.

5.2 Deposit Processing

E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are credited to your account instantly upon confirmed payment. FPX bank transfers are typically credited within 5–15 minutes during standard banking hours. mpocash is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system outages.

5.3 Fund Ownership

By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds belong to you and have been obtained through legitimate means. mpocash reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for deposits deemed unusually large or inconsistent with account history.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and recipient details used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.

6.1 Processing Times

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay: typically 5–30 minutes after approval
• DuitNow instant transfer: typically 5–15 minutes after approval
• FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank): 1–4 hours, subject to banking hours
• Cryptocurrency: 30–60 minutes depending on blockchain network conditions

6.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed where: (a) the account has successfully passed KYC verification; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to the withdrawal balance have been fully satisfied; (c) no pending dispute or investigation is associated with the account; and (d) the withdrawal does not exceed any applicable account limit.

6.3 Withdrawal Rejection

mpocash reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the account will be placed under review and the User will be notified accordingly.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

mpocash offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer.

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds and are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements vary by promotion type (typically between 10x–35x the bonus amount) and are clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per account. Claiming a bonus under multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the validity period specified for each promotion.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

mpocash employs monitoring systems to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, use of multiple accounts, and collusion between players. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus winnings voided and may be permanently suspended.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting and casino gaming on the Platform is conducted in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and game type. These rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

8.1 Bet Settlement

Sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the competent authority (e.g., the relevant football federation for Liga Super Malaysia or Premier League matches). In the event of ambiguity or error in results reporting, mpocash reserves the right to void bets and return stakes pending official confirmation.

8.2 System and Pricing Errors

In the event of an obvious error in pricing, odds, or system configuration (including but not limited to display errors resulting in prices that are clearly out of market), mpocash reserves the right to void affected bets and return the stake to the player's account, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

8.3 Casino Game Rules

All casino and live dealer games are governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. Random number generator (RNG) games are independently certified for fairness. Live dealer games use real-time video streams from professional studio environments.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage

10.2 Underage Gambling Prevention

mpocash strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 21. Identity verification is conducted on all accounts. Any account found to be registered by or used by a minor will be immediately closed and all funds will be refunded to the depositing payment method.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to: text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of mpocash or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of mpocash.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mpocash, its directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or unauthorised access to your account.

mpocash makes no warranty or representation that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

13 Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in your balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method subject to standard KYC verification.

mpocash reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; suspicion of fraud or money laundering; account inactivity exceeding 12 months (subject to applicable unclaimed funds procedures); or at mpocash's discretion for any other reasonable operational reason.

Upon termination by mpocash for cause, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be voided. Real Money Funds will be returned after deduction of any amounts owed to mpocash as a result of the breach.

14 Amendments to These Terms

mpocash reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, mpocash will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure. 15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mpocash holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body in that jurisdiction.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
